News byte from Community Design Group: "Out in St. Paul, a project to calm traffic, increase pedestrian and bicycle safety, and connect neighborhood residents with each other. First two intersections are Englewood Avenue & Syndicate Avenue, and at Van Buren Avenue & Pascal Avenue" (pictured below).
