We found footings

Met with Bill M. and Dave M. today for initial evaluation. First task was to see if we have footings under the garage. Yes. Pounded this pipe into ground starting with the 20-inch planter height. The tape shows we hit the footer at about 62 inches, so at around 42 inches deep (about 3.5 feet) the footer starts. Also today the city planning contact (Kris Aaker) OK'd the extension of our existing roof line to go over the garage and a new deck provided that the deck doesn't come to 5 feet of any property edge.
